1. According to the strategy of the company and the changes of the international environment, manage the international compliance strategy, coordinate and promote the process of IEG(Interactive Entertainment Group) international product risk management, and continuously optimize critical points.

2. Analyze and solve problems encountered in compliance work, and cooperate with relevant parties to promote the implementation of compliance strategies. Promote the construction of related systems and tools, and improve the efficiency of IEG international product assessment work.

3. Advocate improving employee awareness among relevant parties.

4. Provide corresponding decision-making support for management team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in business management, finance, mathematics, computer and relevant majors are preferred.

2. Excellent ability to work under pressure, could cooperate with other teams to implement normalized compliance procedure.

3. Excellent logical thinking ability, good at problem solving and proactive work attitude.

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills and execution ability, ability to handle multiple tasks.

5. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, love games, have experience in game project development or operation. Candidates with experiences in process management domain within Internet Industry, or knowledge of laws and policies are preferred.
