Job Description

Logitech seeks an IT Service Support Intern to provide IT support and training to end-users across India and other regions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues (Windows 11, M365, MacOS, Google Workspace), conducting employee onboarding, assisting in discovering new IT business tools, collaborating on system testing and maintenance, participating in product testing, and suggesting process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, enjoys teamwork and independent work, and is fluent in English. Experience in end-user desktop support is essential.
Must have:
  • End-user desktop support experience
  • Windows 11, M365, MacOS proficiency
  • Google Workspace knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting
Good to have:
  • MS Intune, Apple MDM knowledge
  • ServiceNow or similar tool experience
  • Advanced printer/peripheral troubleshooting
  • Project management/design thinking skills

The Role:

Logitech is looking for an IT Service Support Intern to provide IT support and training to our end-users across India and other regions. The role requires a service-oriented mindset, along with creativity in problem-solving. We are seeking an individual who is open, flexible, and a strong communicator. The IT Employee Experience & Services Team is a global team that collaborates with other departments to support end users and IT equipment at Logitech sites.

  • Provide IT service support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both locally and remotely.
  • Conduct IT onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Assist in the discovery of new IT business tools to support our business users and internal IT teams.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
  • Participate in product testing with business groups.
  • Seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.

    Key Qualifications:

    To be considered, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Experience in end-user desktop support
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 11, M365 and MacOS
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills, with comfort in working with various stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of hardware installation, cabling, and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting skills for bug identification and resolution
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently within a remote team
  • Fluent in English
    Additional Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of MS Intune, Apple MDM Device Management software, ServiceNow, or similar tools
    • Familiarity with advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting and patch management
    • Project management/design thinking skills

    Education:

  • Obligation to complete high school education

  • Currently pursuing an IT diploma/college or seeking a first IT-related experience
