Jr. Digital Designer

Our client is seeking a talented Jr. Digital Designer to join their dynamic team on a 1-year contract. As part of our client's team, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of creative professionals, including senior designers, web developers, motion artists, writers, editors, and account managers. Together, you'll support over 30 leading brands by developing multichannel materials for affiliates in more than 80 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital materials such as infographics, banner ads, user interfaces, emails, websites, and interactive PDFs.

• Create and update content-rich PowerPoint presentations on Mac, focusing on user interface design for tablet-based interactive modules.

• Translate complex scientific information into clear and engaging graphs, charts, and infographics.

• Utilize Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to edit and enhance images for PowerPoint presentations.

• Collaborate closely with creative managers, writers, video editors, and account managers to ensure project completion.

• Communicate effectively with project teams, driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

• Adhere to established formatting guidelines while adding creative value when appropriate.

• Conduct photo and vector searches on stock websites and internal databases.

• Work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.

• Develop creative solutions that comply with FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in a creative agency environment.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with digital design applications like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Sketch.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

• Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills, with a keen eye for current design trends and technologies.

Candidates should present a tailored resume and a portfolio showcasing dynamic PowerPoint presentations, including slide transitions, animated elements, and data visualization. Be prepared to discuss your creative process and problem-solving strategies during the interview.
