About the job

We are seeking a Junior Art Director to join our user interface team within technology. They will work alongside senior members of the team to create user interface designs for digital products and services. They will be responsible for executing design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of UI design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and user needs

Participate in user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on design solutions

Ensure that designs are accessible, comply with web standards, and are optimized for performance

Learn and adhere to the organization's design system and brand guidelines

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field

4-5 years of experience in UI design for digital products and services (including internships or freelance work)

Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the field of UI design

Preferred:

Experience working in an agency environment for user interface designs

Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite softwares
