MY.GAMES is a leading European developer and publisher, driven by a singular goal: making great games that capture the hearts of players worldwide. Our community unites 1+ billion registered players.

We’ve developed or produced games, including War Robots, Hustle Castle, Rush Royale, Left to Survive, Tacticool, Grand Hotel Mania, HAWKED – and many more.

Our internationally distributed team consists of top-tier gamedev professionals. We work remotely, and our hubs are located in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE, Serbia, and Georgia.

Come join a universe of professional opportunities: develop and support large scale projects from PC/console/mobile, and create products across various genres – from casuals to shooters.

What you’ll do:
  • Design player flow, identify problem points, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Draw graphical interface elements: design and create interface elements such as buttons, menus, icons, and HUDs (status indicators) that are visually consistent with the overall art style of the game
  • Hand off to implementation and track the results: work closely with developers to implement interface designs, monitor the process to ensure the final product is consistent with the original concept, write documentation
  • Maintain interface consistency: create and adhere to interface design guidelines, patterns and templates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
What you need to succeed:
  • Experience releasing at least one mobile game and maintaining Live Ops (very important to have experience in LiveOps post-release), preferably Midcore games
  • Experience with Unity and Figma
  • Willingness to work on R&D teams: ability to easily adapt to project work, including when projects may be stopped during the R&D phase
  • Being a generalist – ability to work without a team, combining the role of lead and implementer, experience in performing tasks independently, without the need to support the team in solving and setting interface tasks
  • Skills to work on small teams where processes are not yet established, with the ability to adapt to uncertainty and non-standard conditions
  • A love for mobile gaming!
What we offer:
  • Work remotely from all around the world
  • Collaborative working atmosphere in an internal game dev community that unites more than a dozen of internal game studios, crafting innovative experiences across mobile, PC, and console platforms
  • A strong team of specialists across different areas — access unique expertise and professional knowledge
  • Possibility to experiment and work on interesting tasks with ambitious goals — we have all resources to implement new ideas
  • Create great games and win the hearts of players
  • Push the boundaries of the game industry and lead the way forward
