Responsibilities include creating creative briefs, tracking market trends, identifying new opportunities, conducting research, and contributing to strategic brand discussions. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Junior Planner will act as an advocate for innovative ideas during creative reviews and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, especially creative teams. The ideal candidate will be able to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly and concisely. The position is located in Shanghai, China.

Job Description

In this role, the person will partner closely with AS/Creative to come up with Creative Brief, constantly track the market trends, evaluate new opportunities and conduct researching.

• Collaborate with Account team and Creative team to shape campaign strategies that attract and engage consumers under senior staff's supervision
• Contribute to the strategic debate on brands, articulate and support a point of view on how it should be 'moved on'
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal teams, especially creative teams
• Act as advocate for great ideas in creative reviews
