Summary

As an Account Planner Intern at Publicis Groupe, you'll join a team working with a major global client. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing media planning scenarios, analyzing results based on KPIs, collaborating with the media team, managing advertising scheduling and tracking, compiling performance reports, utilizing planning tools, maintaining relationships with media representatives, and ensuring high-quality work. You will be exposed to the latest media and communication trends within a dynamic team. The internship is part-time (5 hours/day) for 6 months (potentially extending to one year).
Must have:
  • Graduating or recent graduate in advertising, digital marketing, or related field
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

About the role:

Being part of Publicis Groupe you will join to an exclusive team for one of the most important clients of the group both in Spain and worldwide. Reporting to your advisor, you will have the primary day-to-day responsibility and is expected to be unquestionably familiar with all account details as they pertain to media. 

How you will spend your day:

  • Develop and execute various planning scenarios based on media objectives and strategies.
  • Extract learnings and provide recommendations based on media results (according to the different KPIs of the campaign).
  • Work with other members of the media team in daily media responsibilities
  • Manage the scheduling, posting, and tracking of advertising and compile weekly performance reports, as necessary.
  • Utilize appropriate planning tools to achieve optimum performance for media campaigns; maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign execution.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with media advertising representatives.
  • Maintain high level of work quality.

Requisitos

What we are looking for someone who:

  • Is graduating or recently graduated in a relevant field such as advertising, digital marketing, programmatic, or related.
  • Have good analytical skills.
  • Have a good understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point).

  • Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
