Job Description

Lead PHP Developer for Hero Wars Dominion Era (browser-based RPG). Responsibilities include leading development, ensuring features meet requirements, improving team processes, accelerating time-to-market, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and enhancing system performance and scalability. Requires 5+ years of PHP7+ experience, 2+ years managing a technical team, MySQL/InnoDB expertise, OOP understanding, and English proficiency. Experience with database query optimization and high-load systems is essential.

About your role
We invite an experienced Lead PHP Developer to join our flagship project — the browser-based RPG battler Hero Wars Dominion Era. You will lead the development team and be responsible for its efficiency.

Ensuring features meet business requirements
Developing the team
Improving development processes and team interactions
Accelerating time-to-market
Implementing cutting-edge technologies and architectures
Enhancing system performance and scalability

We hope that you have
5+ years of commercial experience with PHP7+
2+ years of experience managing a technical team
Experience with MySQL + InnoDB
Understanding of OOP and design patterns
English proficiency (reading technical documentation)
Experience optimizing database queries
Experience working with high-load systems
