Job Description:

We are looking for unique design candidates who are a rare blend of passion and perseverance in everything they do to deliver exceptional user experiences to delight our customers! As a Lead UX Designer, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our products' user experiences, setting design standards that transcend across product modules in different form factors and cross Geo locations to drive our success in the HRMS market space. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and visual designers, and customer-facing teams to deliver best-in-class user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, define, and execute the UX strategy for your product areas, creating innovative and compelling design solutions that meet business objectives and exceed user expectations.
  • Connect with customers through design partnership programs, to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs and motivations, to translate those insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • Translate user research insights into actionable design recommendations and drive the creation of Create User personas, Journey maps, Wireframes, and Interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to define and prioritize product features based on Customer needs & Business objectives; Ensure seamless integration of UX design solutions into the development process as well.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency across product modules!
  • Strategize and Conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate designs based on the insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.
  • Advocate for the importance of user-centered design and educate stakeholders on the value it brings to our products and business.
  • Finally, Lead by example to mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a proven track record of successfully delivering user centric design solutions across multiple platforms and devices.
  • A strategic mind with the ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints in the design process with a keen eye for detail.
  • Lead on all facets of the UX process from concept generation to quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of user research techniques, usability principles, and information architecture.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment, and navigating through the technical impediments.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD or similar.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your previous UX design work, highlighting your strategic contribution and design outcomes to influence the overall product experience.
