Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join out team and support day to day run of the department! This role is a 6-monhts FTC and will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

Media

  • Coordinate media / partners materials (spot list and co funding).

  • Monitoring competitors activity.

Advertising

  • Checking in with the digital creativities to develop monthly recap with key assets.

Digital

  • Update and review of official Disney websites: dlp.es; disney.es and dcl.com.

  • Official e-mailings review and support while creating new assets.

  • Assisting with the planification, development and delivery of all the shootings to feed local IG Account.

  • Supervision of the local Disneyland Paris SoMe profiles.

  • Contribution with the selection and supervision of all SoMe assets.

Owned media

  • Deliver TWDCo owned media monthly request to reinforce Disneyland Paris visibility:

  • Share Disneyland Paris materials with SoMe, Disney.es, Newsletters, Publishing, Disney Channel, The Disney Store.

  • Assist in the creation of synergy materials (cinema and channel spots, retail promos etc.).

  • Facilitating development of punctual activations with other lines of business in TWDCo.

  • Monitoring of new opportunities in company Owned Media.

Third parties

  • Follow up of promotions and winners management.

Press & PR

  • Daily media monitoring and weekly coverage report.

  • Help on the organization and development of press events, shootings and trips.

  • Support in coordination of individual media and influencers trips.

Other Activities

  • Support the team with translations and presentations development.

  • Help with the track of the promotions: media values, data collection, results.

  • Monthly ICP update for Central teams.

  • Support with invoices, POs and budget follow up.

  • Support Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line activity: campaign tracking and competitors follow up.

  • Help the team on day-to-day department activity: reservations, banquet cheques, media list…
     

Required Qualifications & Skills
