Middle Fullstack .NET + React Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Middle Fullstack .Net + React Engineer to join our team in Colombia.

Comprehensive solutions cover all stages of real estate, facilities, and asset management, from capital planning to IoT-based monitoring and control. Headquartered in the U.S. with major offices worldwide, we are dedicated to unifying the built environment and transforming how people and systems work together.

We are working on a comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) designed to streamline maintenance operations across various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, education, retail, property management, and local governments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in development of .Net-based web applications
• Proficiency in ASP.NET and Classic ASP
• Expertise in GraphQL usage
• Practical experience with JS, HTML, CSS, React
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with Docker containers, Octopus, Github Actions
• Working experience with MS Azure 
• Proficient in using development tools like Visual Studio, Postman
• Strong understanding of version control, security best practices, and Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
• Familiarity with MSTest, xUnit and test-driven development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Building new features on the top of existing web application, using .Net, JS, React
• Support of existing web application (bug fixes, security updates, technical improvements)
• Work, using SAFe methodology, to deliver incremental value, actively participating in code reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and staging environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
