The role involves addressing rule violations within the game and on the website, responding to customer inquiries in English, and providing support to the gaming community. The work is remote and offers a flexible schedule. This position offers a glimpse into the inner workings of an internationally successful online game.

Must have:

Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Strong comprehension skills.
Comfortable navigating the internet.
Flexible availability, including mornings and Saturdays.

Unser Minijob im Online-Spiele Support ist Deine Chance für eine spannende Nebentätigkeit in der Games-Branche. Wir brauchen zur Betreuung unserer Spielergemeinschaft Unterstützung. Wir suchen Dich in remote zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für einen:

Bei uns kannst Du:

die gemeldeten Regelverstöße im Spiel und auf der Webseite bearbeiten
Kundenanfragen in englischer Sprache beantworten
einen Blick hinter die Kulissen eines international erfolgreichen Online-Games werfen
mit Remote-Arbeit frei und eigenständig agieren (wir stellen Dir die notwendige Technik zur Verfügung)

Wir stellen uns vor, dass Du:

sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift und eine gute Auffassungsgabe mitbringst
Dich im Internet zuhause fühlst
flexibel bist (mindestens drei Vormittage Montag-Freitag, Bereitschaft für Samstagsarbeit)
auch wenige Male im Jahr vor Ort in unser Büro nach Regensburg kommst
