Summary

For one of the largest banks, we are looking for a Senior .NET Software Developer to implement new technologies and speed up delivery on various projects. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and enhancing software applications using C#.NET, WCF, Web API, and Web Services; collaborating with developers and BAs; ensuring quality deliverables and test coverage; conducting peer reviews; adhering to governance practices; and working with tools like Jenkins, GIT, SVN, and Azure DevOps. The role requires a strong understanding of OOP, Agile, DevOps, SQL databases (Oracle, Sybase), REST API architecture, and .NET CLI. Experience writing and maintaining integration and unit tests, familiarity with Windows and Linux, and shell scripting are essential.

Project description

For one of the largest banks, we are looking for Senior Team member to help the bank to implement new technologies and speed up the delivery on various projects.

Responsibilities

.NET Developetment a focus on designing, implementing, and enhancing software applications while adhering to best practices

Close collaboration with developers and Business Analysts (BAs) across multiple geographical locations to ensure the successful delivery of the DEV milestones

Take full ownership of the quality of deliverables, ensuring appropriate test coverage.

Conduct peer reviews of the implemented code as per direction.

Adhere to governance practices

Skills

Must have

5+ Years of experience in C#.Net

WCF, Web API, and Web Services

Strong hold in Patterns & Practices: Peer Reviews, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Agile Methodology, DevOps

Experience with development tools: Jenkins, GIT, SVN, Azure DevOps or equivalent

Good knowledge of DevOps practices

Good understanding of SQL databases like ORACLE, Sybase

Hold on RestAPI architecture and design.

Strong ability to analyze code – understand execution flow & debug even without access to a debugger

Experience with the .net CLI, writing and maintaining integration and unit tests

Strong familiarity with both Windows and Linux, including shell scripting

Nice to have

SSAS / SSRS (SQL Server Analysis Services / SQL Server Reporting Services)
