Job Description
  • Strategize, plan and execute seasonal in-game content plan on a local level, suited according to the local market's preference
  • Coordinate and configure in-game communication, in addition to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to ensure all events are supported with the appropriate messaging to consumers
  • Support the product feature and tool roadmap by surfacing unmet player and admin requirements.
  • Measure the success of product features after release and optimize their performance through split-testing and rapid, data-driven iteration
  • Analyze important metrics and user feedback on a real-time basis to determine user trends and behavior.
  • Collaborate with the live services teams, detect, surface and optimise game economy and game features and concept/implement rebalancing plans; identify and close out exploits
  • Deliver meaningful analyses and insightful outcome-driven presentations on analytic topics and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build deep understanding of the product and players through regular user research such as, but not limited to, surveys, user interviews and focus group discussions
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Strong ability to analyze data, develop meaningful insights, and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience in overseeing, building, and iterating functions and processes
  • A well-rounded, adaptable fast learner with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure
  • Experience and passion in the gaming industry is a plus
