WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The Workspace Experience Team is a global team responsible for the efficient operation the Simcorp offices, including facilities, managing vendors, front of house, events, wellbeing, health & safety and ensuring smooth operations. We work collaboratively across the business to ensure a productive and cooperative work environment.
The Office Manager, Workspace Experience, will oversee the Paris office and ensure service delivery in Spain, Luxembourg and Brussels serviced offices. This role is pivotal in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all employees, as well as organising engaging social activities and integration events in collaboration with the Global Workspace Experience team, CSE, and Country Ambassadors. The candidate selected will collaborate closely with the People & Culture team on location-specific items and play an integral part in promoting company values and policy by supporting company initiatives.
This is a full-time position, it is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week. Some business travel may be required.

For success in this role, it's important to demonstrate initiative, be aware of deadlines, and communicate proficiently in both English and French. Experience working with CSE is desired but not essential.
