Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant needed for a full-time position in Dubai, UAE. 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Modules implementation is required, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations. Strong skills in developing Fast Formulas, troubleshooting complex formula requirements, working with Value Sets and SQL, and understanding HR and Payroll concepts are essential. Deep understanding of Middle East statutory components (UAE/KSA/QA) and payroll costing concepts, including dynamic costing segmentation in Oracle Fusion, is mandatory. Experience with HDL/HSDL/FBL, creating spreadsheet templates for Payroll Business Objects, and producing various documentation (fit gap, configuration, test scripts, training) is needed. Knowledge of application-to-application integration on Oracle PAAS is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
