Plant Engineer - Commissioning

Assystem STUP employs 1500 engineers who provide support to clients in the transportation, urban development, decarbonised energy, and industrial and complex buildings markets. With its headquarters in Delhi, Assystem STUP also has a local presence throughout India with 9 offices spread across the country. Assystem STUP’s teams have already been involved in many projects such as the construction of Dassault factories in Nagpur, preliminary studies of future EPR nuclear reactors in India, the development of the road transport networks in Mumbai, and others.

The purpose of this task is to enhance DO’s contribution to the maturity of the EWP and TOP

CAD deliverables by providing technical support, review and coaching. Basically, 3D CAD modelling

Basic Requirement:-

1.       Input Engineering Data applicability and completeness control (Completeness, Maturity and Validity control)

2.       Corrective Actions for Input Engineering Data Completion (Define, execute and follow an action plan)

3.       Control of Operation CAD Data production outputs (Requirements and DO rules)

The specialities concerned are mainly piping, general installation, services (HVAC), electricity and instrumentation.

We are looking for profiles with long industrial installation and commissioning expertise

Production P&ID with Aveva Diagram, To be confirmed with DO, licences with IO environment should be provided, checking clashes, correctness, basically in 3D modelling, clash analysis, plant mechanical commissioning related.

Quality Management of Engineering data (incl. BOM completion)

Implementation of Engineering services review and coaching regarding design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance requirements as well as in Engineering dossier improvement process to facilitate the construction phase (at least 1 major project in an international nuclear context)
