We’re hiring a Platform Partnerships Social & Video Specialist to join the Global Marketing and Community team at a leading Game Development Studio in Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid). This is a 1-year contract opportunity where you’ll help shape meaningful experiences across social and video platforms through partner collaboration, event support, and content strategy.

As a Platform Partnerships Social & Video Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in executing high-impact marketing campaigns and coordinating exciting events—from major industry trade shows to esports broadcasts. If you’re a passionate gamer with a knack for storytelling, organization, and cross-functional teamwork, this is your chance to make a big impact at the intersection of gaming and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Marketing

  • Collaborate with Social, Brand, Broadcast, and Game Production teams to launch cohesive marketing campaigns aligned with key events.

  • Manage the asset process—from creation and approvals to delivery—ensuring timelines are met.

  • Support internal and external pitch development.

  • Collect and summarize campaign performance data.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of platform partnership opportunities and success stories.

Events

  • Support the planning and execution of in-person and digital events, including business reviews, esports tournaments, and trade shows.

  • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, contracts, schedules, and day-of operations (e.g. registration, A/V, catering).

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner coordination on-site.

  • Act as the liaison for the Esports Broadcast team during live-streamed events.

  • Manage vendor communication, travel, reservations, and attendee logistics.

Legal

  • Submit legal documents and assist in daily legal operations.

  • Track reviews and redlines, ensuring timely processing.

  • Maintain organized legal files and documentation.

Operational Support

  • Take and distribute clear, action-oriented meeting minutes.

  • Coordinate meetings and manage key administrative tasks.

  • Submit and track invoices and payments.

  • Maintain program timelines, documents, and databases (e.g. Airtable, Google Suite).

  • Organize creative assets and presentation materials across internal and external teams.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding and passion for gaming.

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Production, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively across departments.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

  • Hands-on approach—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
