Studio B is a fast-growing creative production company with a global audience of 20 million+ followers. We create exciting digital content for the biggest brands and are looking for a passionate Producer to join our team. We’re looking for a candidate who loves the social space (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and wants to be a part of a buzzy, vibrant team who are all driven by creating incredible content! We are a collaborative company, so everyone is involved in the brainstorming/ idea creation process and we would love to have a like-minded individual join our team and be part of this.

What You’ll Do:

• Storytelling Sorcery: Collaborate with our creative wizards to brainstorm and develop compelling narratives that align with brand objectives.
• Production Process: Manage all stages of production, from pre-production planning to on-set coordination and post-production magic.
• Content Crafting: Shape and polish content across various platforms, ensuring it's engaging, shareable, and on-brand
• Team Taming: Work with a team of Producers, Editors, Videographers, and VFX artists, ensuring everyone’s in sync and projects run smoothly.
• Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends in media, marketing, and digital storytelling.
• Multitasking Mastery: Juggle multiple projects with finesse, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is never compromised.
• Budget Boss: Track production costs and manage budgets to ensure projects stay financially on track without compromising on creativity.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as an Assistant Producer or Producer is a must.
• Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Education: A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Driver Extraordinaire: Possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is also preferred but by no means essential.
