Job Description

CoolGames seeks a passionate Game Producer Intern to assist in the production of HTML5 casual games. The intern will collaborate closely with producers and cross-functional teams, assisting in project management, communication, and tracking progress. Responsibilities include coordinating team communication, maintaining project plans and task lists, and aiding in priority decisions for live games. This paid internship requires part-time work at the Amsterdam office and a passion for game development. Candidates should have experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello etc.) and experience in QA, game art, design or development. Strong English communication skills are essential.

Description

Are you passionate about web gaming and looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in game production? CoolGames is looking for a game producer intern with a passion for casual games and web gaming.

As a production intern, you work together with the producers and the teams working on our awesome HTML5 games. You will be part of multiple teams working on live titles, and you will learn from different aspects of game development and publishing. This is a paid internship position. To be eligible, you must be enrolled in a college or university with an internship program located in the Netherlands.

What will you be doing as a Game Producer Intern?

You’ll work closely with the game team(s) and game producers;
Assist in coordinating communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and information flow.
Aid in the creation and maintenance of project plans, task lists, and progress reports to track project milestones and deliverables.
Help the team in prioritizing and decision-making for live games

Requirements

What do we expect?

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello or similar tools
Hands-on experience in either Quality Assurance, Game Art, Game Design or Game Development
Able to clearly communicate in English. Spoken and written;
Ability to work at the office in Amsterdam part-time
Passion for gaming, game development and an eagerness to contribute creative ideas and insights to the team
