Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in consumer growth product management.
  • Knowledge of growing products in India or other emerging markets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills with the ability to collaborate with others and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent investigative skills and ability to solve complex problems by analyzing data, leading to data driven decisions.

In this role, you will own the content strategy and define a goal and roadmap for the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and development of the roadmap for features that drive adoption and improve user experience in mature international and emerging markets.
  • Enhance international content feed by significantly increasing both coverage and quality for the rapidly evolving product with rich formats.
  • Manage and prioritize a robust product backlog and roadmap.
  • Analyze feature/experiment results and communicate learnings to the team and the company. Synthesize insights by analyzing data to help build better product features.
  • Work with internal business, operations and partnerships teams in launching and maintaining features that impact Discover’s growth.
