Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager at G5 Entertainment will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to maximize game visibility, player engagement, and overall success. This includes market research, defining target audiences, building brand identity, creating go-to-market plans, managing performance metrics, coordinating marketing assets, and collaborating with various teams (game development, UA, creative services, analytics, marketing communications). Responsibilities span the entire marketing funnel, from top-funnel activities like ad campaigns and influencer partnerships to bottom-funnel efforts focused on improving the first-time user experience and building growth loops. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the mobile game marketing funnel and a proven track record of successfully launching F2P games.

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who will develop strategies to maximize the game’s visibility, player engagement, and overall success throughout its lifecycle. This includes identifying the right marketing approaches for each phase and working closely with teams across the company - such as game team, user acquisition, creative services, analytics, marketing communications.

What You Will Work On: 

  1. Shaping the Game’s Identity
  • Research market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Define target audiences and player personas.
  • Build a compelling brand identity and visual style for the game.
  1. Launching & Scaling Top-Tier Mobile Games
  • Develop marketing strategies tailored to each stage of the game’s lifecycle.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for test launches, soft launches, and global rollouts.
  • Set clear goals for performance metrics and track progress.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing assets across teams to ensure consistency.
  1. Driving Player Engagement
  • Top Funnel: Collaborate on ad campaigns, influencer partnerships, PR efforts, and explore new marketing channels like TV or radio.
  • Mid Funnel: Collaborate on optimization of app store presence (ASO), partnerships, social media campaigns, foster community engagement, communicate live-ops roadmap to marketing teams.
  • Bottom Funnel: Improve first-time user experiences (FTUE), build growth loops together with game and marketing teams, create promotional offers, and introduce new marketing related features.

What We Expect:

  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and organization skills.
  • Experience working within a game development team with a solid understanding of how games are made.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile game marketing funnel (UA, ASO, FTUE).
  • A track record of successfully launching at least two free-to-play (F2P) games.
  • Highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
  • A genuine passion for mobile games and innovative marketing approaches.
