POSITION SUMMARY

PRODUCTION\GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Designer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will excel in volume complex global adaptation work, localising/translating key arts & various visual identities into various formats & ratios, while maintaining brand integrity. You will collaborate with our entertainment clients to produce high-quality designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

We're looking for a Production Designer with a can-do attitude and a passion for entertainment design. The right candidate currently demonstrates foundational photo-composite/manipulation skills, good concepting smarts, and the ability to convey complex messaging through images, graphics, and type.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create and design various collaterals for digital and print.

· Ability to translate & localize the TTs keeping the original design intact.

· Research assets, select photography and mask images for design team usage.

· Good understanding of color profiles, selecting colors, fonts, images, and layouts.

· Make design/copy revisions on existing material and adapt creative to various sizes and formats.

· Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.

· Manage multiple projects within design specifications.

· QC design for errors.

· Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.

· Other duties as assigned by creative supervisor.


REQUIREMENTS

· Must be proficient in Mac OS, and in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

· Takes direction and constructive feedback well and can perform assigned tasks in a timely and productive manner.

· Ability to articulate creative ideas with quick turnaround times

· A positive attitude that contributes to the overall success of a collaborative environment.

· Good creative problem-solving skills with the desire to learn and assist others on your team.

· Previous industry experiences creating and executing key art for film and TV, preferably within a fast-paced design agency setting, is not mandatory but preferred.

· Good English speaking and writing ability.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

· 6-8 years of experience in production/studio/graphic design.

· A relevant online portfolio or PDF of your current work, showcasing strong conceptual, design and typography skills.

· Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Advertising or Graphic Design studies is expected.
