Program Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Program Manager for a Tech Giant.

This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in Cupertino, CA, and is hybrid with 3 days onsite required weekly.

Program Manager

As a key member of the Health Team, you will collaborate across multiple teams to develop innovative health products and content. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating consumer-focused experiences, excels at managing complex projects, and thrives in cross-functional environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in content strategy, development, and production.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health content leadership to define project priorities and execution strategies
• Manage weekly team and cross-functional meetings, setting clear agendas and tracking progress
• Provide regular project updates, summarizing key issues and necessary actions for stakeholders and leadership
• Develop detailed project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and content teams to execute high-quality content initiatives
• Prepare executive review materials, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or production roles
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to launch
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and build consensus across teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, clear roadblocks, and drive alignment
• Experience in consumer-facing content development
• Self-starter who thrives in dynamic and ambiguous environments

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
