Nielsen seeks a Quality Control Analyst in Zagreb, Croatia. This full-time, hybrid role involves recruiting families for viewer panels, monitoring household information, communicating with panel members, supporting field technicians, preparing daily quality control reports, verifying information, and performing other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and analytical skills, proficiency in English and MS Office (especially Excel), attention to detail, independence, teamwork skills, and an affinity for electronic media. A 6-month trial period is followed by an indefinite contract. The position requires handling confidential data responsibly and reliably.

Location: Budmanijeva 1, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia
Trial work: 6 months
Full time position (40 hours per week). Hybrid work: a newly employed worker will be entitled to hybrid work after successfully
completing a 6-month trial period

Key tasks and responsibilities:

    • Recruitment of new families for the panel of viewers
    • Updating and constant monitoring of all information about installed households.
    • Proactive communication with panel members.
    • Support to technicians in the field.
    • Preparation of daily reports for the purpose of data quality control.
    • Regular telephonic verification of information in production bases with the situation on the ground.
    • All other tasks as necessary determined by the Employer.

Required skills, abilities and knowledge:

    • SSS/VŠS/VSS (with economic background)
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Analytical skills and affinity for working with numbers
    • Very good command of spoken and written English.
    • Excellent computer skills (MS Office package, especially Excel).
    • Ability to focus attention on details.
    • Independence in performing work tasks.
    • Openness to learning.
    • Ability to work in a team with a "get things done" attitude
    • An affinity for electronic media such as television
    • Responsibility and reliability when working with confidential data.

• Contract for an indefinite period, with a trial period of 6 months.
