Job Description
As a Record to Report Ops Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Operations team, responsible for determining financial outcomes through operational data analysis, transaction reconciliation, and journal entry postings. Your responsibilities include preparing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month-end closing, preparing reports, and assisting in audits. You will handle general ledger accounts, focusing on summarizing sub-ledger accounts, ensuring adherence to accounting principles, and complying with SOX and Internal Controls. You will also perform bank reconciliations, post approved journals, handle month-end tasks, and ensure compliance with accounting procedures. You will also be involved in resolving process-related queries, generating improvement ideas, and supporting MIS & Reporting.
Must Have:
- Record To Report - Account Reconciliations
- Experience in Transaction Processing Accounting
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/local GAAP)

What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits. A type of general ledger account which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts. Because the reconciliation account only provides a summary, no transactions are directly posted to the account.
