The Recruiting Resources Planning Expert at ByteDance is responsible for optimizing the efficiency of talent acquisition and internal mobility. This role involves analyzing data, designing dashboards, planning budgets, and providing solutions to address operational issues. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment trends and practices, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The role also includes system construction and project management, leading the development of new operation concepts and platforms for recruitment channel improvements.

About the Team Recruiting resources and operations team strives to improve the efficiency of external talent acquisition and internal talent mobility to support businesses in achieving optimal allocation of talent. Responsibilities 1. Data Operations: responsible for recruitment channel operations improvement from data operations, including but not limited to data analysis and diagnosis, dashboard design, budget planning; regularly output relevant reports and statistics, clear data caliber and template; provide efficiency analysis and solution for the recruiting channel operations team to address the related issues; 2. Industry Insight: research and understand the market recruitment trends and practices, provide suggestions to support the company's recruitment decisions, continuously optimize the recruitment process and system to build a highly efficient recruitment system; 3. System Construction: according to data operations and industry insight, drive the whole process of system construction for the recruitment channel team, including but not limited to demand analysis, resource scheduling, system implementation, and effectiveness tracking after launch; 4. Project Management: lead projects to explore new operation concepts, platforms and tools; develop new operation strategies and performance optimization solutions for recruitment channel operations improvement cooperate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Talent Pool Operations and AI efficiency improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of data operations related work experience; 2. Proven record of excellent data processing and analysis skills, able to identify, solve problems, and assess ROI of different recruitment channels through data analysis; 3. Strong project management and critical thinking abilities; 4. Good communication style, experienced in cross-functional collaborations. Preferred Qualifications 1. Have recruitment related background, familiar with recruitment process and different recruitment channels.
