Nielsen seeks a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English/Spanish) to support its Mexico operation. This remote role, requiring residence within 2 hours of Mexico City, focuses on building and maintaining relationships with Nielsen panel families. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and supporting households, ensuring active participation and data integrity. This involves conducting phone interviews, verifying eligibility, troubleshooting equipment remotely, collecting device information, and meeting performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction. A quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and flexibility for evening/weekend work are required, with mandatory in-person orientation in Mexico City.

Exciting Work-From-Home Opportunity: Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist at Nielsen supporting our Mexico operation. Eligible candidates must reside within 2 hours of Mexico City.
As a Bilingual Contact Center Sr Specialist, you'll be the face of Nielsen, building and maintaining relationships with our panel families. You'll recruit, coach, and support Nielsen households, ensuring their active participation and the integrity of our data collection process.
Job Responsibilities & Home Office Requirements
- Managing relationships with Nielsen families participating in media measurement panels.
- Conduct phone interviews, verifying eligibility, and ensuring proper equipment installation and maintenance.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills are crucial.
- Collect device information, troubleshoot remotely, and ensure accurate data collection.
- Meet performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.

- Superior organizational and time management abilities. High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
