Job Description

 

  • Work with the solution architect to translate business requirements/user stories into a practical, scalable solution that leverages the functionality and best practices of the chosen marketing automation system.
  • Facilitate client meetings to share marketing automation framework, best practices, and case studies.
  • Work with clients to shape marketing automation system design and strategy.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication during the project.
  • Work effectively as an individual and with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performs marketing automation system administration, configuration, data migration, and integration duties as directed.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest industry trends and research to share with clients, drive practice development, training, and thought leadership, and develop best practices.
  • Understand the ins and outs of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and create the right solution to solve the client's unique challenge.
  • Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds.
  • Get creative designing, prototyping and building Salesforce systems including cross cloud solutions that cover Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core Cloud and Data Cloud.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and related products.
  • Ability to handle client interactions at the senior level to lead project discussions.
  • Ability to guide client in building an effective marketing feature roadmap and support its implementation.
  • Understand key CRM business architecture.
  • Excellent in HTML Email and Landing Page designing.
  • Understanding of Salesforce programming (Apex and Visual force).
  • Experience in AMP Script for Advance Personalization.
  • Experience in lightning development, able to build components and apps.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Understanding of best practices and SFDC Coding Standards.
