Must have:

Job Responsibilities :
- Perform tasks and complete projects as assigned by the manager or supervisor
- Communicate effectively with internal partners and other departments as needed
- Meet project deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications :
- Candidate minimum should have 7+ years hand on experience
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce’s capabilities (both declarative and programmatic) and integration capabilities.
- Superior knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and performance optimization in Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce Service and field service Cloud (application design, architecture and development)
- Strong leadership skills, with proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing circumstances and priorities
