The Search Ads 360 Specialist at Google's gTech Ads Solutions will act as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their business challenges and architecting media plans using digital marketing and technology solutions. This role requires collaboration with vendors and sales teams to drive client growth, leveraging market and competitive knowledge. Responsibilities include advocating for new product features, assisting with product adoption, measuring ad solution value, and improving team processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience managing digital marketing campaigns, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A deep understanding of Search Ads 360 and the online advertising landscape is crucial.
Must have:
  • 5+ years digital marketing or consultative experience
  • Experience with Search Ads 360
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Marketing measurement expertise (incrementality, media mix modeling, attribution)
Good to have:
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Knowledge of Search Products and the online ads landscape
  • Experience with SA360 platform setup/implementation, upgrades, and migrations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns or in a consultative promoting or solutioning role managing portfolio of client.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing measurement techniques, including incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience in Data Analysis interpreting datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into compelling narratives.
  • Knowledge of Search Products, the performance advertising market or online ads landscape
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, with excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to priority Search Ads 360 customers by understanding how digital marketing and technology solutions can address their business challenges, acting as a collaborative and inclusive thought partner, architecting media plans.
  • Collaborate with vendors and sales teams to drive growth plans for clients, develop and apply knowledge of market and competitive environment for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.
  • Advocate new product features on behalf of the customer and assist customers in the adoption of new products via setup/implementation, upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success using the SA360 enterprise platform.
  • Measure, analyze, and advocate for the value of Ad solutions in differentiation to competitor offerings. 
  • Review current processes and design/develop tools, processes, workflows to increase team productivity/efficiency.
