We will count on you for
- Daily Work Management and processing
- Written and Verbal communication with onshore business partners
- Process reporting and training
- Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies
- Providing timely updates to AM and Onshore counterparts
- Driving process improvement
- Mentoring and coaching new hires
- Handling audit queries effectively
- Validating call listing for peers, discussion and report out
- Coordination with the onshore teams / external agencies for resolution of Fund Accounting related activities
Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts
What you need to have
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge on Fund Accounting & reconciliation is required
- Good analytical, planning and communication skills
- Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi task, self-starter
- Knowledge about new work transition is preferred
