The Senior Art Director will play a crucial role in shaping the art direction and execution of our projects. Working closely with the Creative Directors and other team members, the Senior Art Director will bring innovative ideas to life and ensure the highest standards of visual excellence across all mediums. This role requires a strong creative vision and the ability to collaborate effectively with Art Directors, Brand Designers, Motion Designers, Content Creatives and Developers. Responsibilities include: Develop and execute compelling visual concepts for advertising campaigns, design and artistic projects. Collaborate with the Creative Directors and other senior team members to ensure cohesive and innovative art direction. Work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating them into visually engaging concepts. Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs, adhering to project timelines and budgets. Contribute to the creation of engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences. Support the development of digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually elevate the agency’s creative output. Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior creative role within an agency or similar environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including advertising campaigns, design and artistic endeavors.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms and social media content creation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Job Description
