Senior Business Analyst (#2594)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for a fixed price/fixed scope project within the big pharma industry. This is a key role that requires a mix of analytical expertise, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills to ensure the successful delivery of a well-defined, business-critical product. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of detailed business and functional requirements in alignment with the fixed scope.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements
• Monitor and strictly adhere to the agreed project scope, identifying and documenting scope deviations.
• Provide recommendations to stakeholders on prioritization or de-scoping options if constraints arise.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring alignment and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively manage expectations and resolve conflicts related to project scope or deliverables.
• Create detailed documentation, including data mapping, business process models, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure all documentation supports the fixed-price nature of the project by being clear, measurable, and unambiguous.
• Support the development and UAT  teams by clarifying requirements, refining acceptance criteria, and addressing questions during sprints.
• Lead requirement validation sessions with stakeholders to confirm deliverable alignment with business needs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in the data-related projects.
• Proven track record of working on fixed price/fixed scope projects with measurable success.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Expertise in writing detailed and unambiguous requirements and documentation.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with data-related projects and technologies such as Spark/PySpark, SQL for data analysis and validation would be a plus.
• At least upper-intermediate English level
• Ukrainian language - advanced or higher
