Must have:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in cinematic production or gameplay capture.
  • Expertise in Unreal Engine 5 (UE5), including Sequencer.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography and storytelling principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Media Encoder.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of video capture tools and workflows.
  • Highly collaborative mindset.
  • Portfolio submission required.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with 3D tools like Maya or Blender.
  • Experience with motion capture, VFX integration, and gameplay scripting.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.

As a Senior Cinematic Artist, you will be an essential part of our Creative Services team, where you will bridge the worlds of cinematic storytelling and high-quality gameplay capture. With deep expertise in Unreal Engine, camera work, and visual storytelling, you will create emotionally impactful trailers and visually stunning in-game cinematics that drive marketing campaigns and elevate our game portfolio. You'll collaborate with video directors, editors, and marketing artists teams to translate gameplay into unforgettable visual experiences. Your role will be pivotal in setting quality standards, and handling complex, real-time projects in Unreal Engine 5 and in-game as well.

In this role you will :

    • Capture outstanding gameplay moments using in-game cameras and positioning characters in varied and engaging scenarios across our game portfolio.
    • Design, storyboard, and produce cinematic trailers and gameplay videos using Unreal Engine 5 and or a build.
    • Set up in-game camera sequences, choreograph scenes, and light environments for maximum visual impact.
    • Use Sequencer to direct camera cuts, character performance, and visual pacing.
    • Collaborate with sound, animation, and narrative teams to enhance storytelling through audiovisual cohesion.
    • Manage game builds and prepare assets for high-quality capture and real-time rendering.
    • Organize and lead capture sessions, ensuring efficiency and creative excellence.
    • Apply post-processing, export footage for editorial use, and oversee the preselection of video clips.
    • Mentor junior team members, contribute to pipeline improvements, and drive innovation in real-time cinematic tools and techniques.

What we are looking for :

    • 5–7+ years of experience in cinematic production, gameplay capture, or real-time video creation—preferably in a game studio or creative agency.
    • Proven expertise in Unreal Engine (UE5), including Sequencer, lighting, camera systems, and real-time rendering workflows.
    • Strong understanding of cinematography principles, storytelling, shot composition, and pacing.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, and familiarity with 3D tools such as Maya or Blender.
    • Excellent technical knowledge of video capture tools, file formats, compression, and exporting workflows.
    • Highly collaborative mindset, with a strong ability to work across disciplines and communicate visual intent.
    • Experience with motion capture, VFX integration, and gameplay scripting is a strong asset.
    • Bilingual in French and English is preferred. 
    • Submission of a portfolio is required for all applicants.

Dans ce rôle vous devrez :

    • Capturer des moments de gameplay exceptionnels en utilisant des caméras en jeu et en positionnant les personnages dans des scénarios variés et engageants à travers notre portfolio;
    • Concevoir, scénariser et produire des bandes annonces cinématiques et des vidéos de gameplay à l’aide d’Unreal Engine 5 ou d’un build;
    • Mettre en place des séquences de caméras en jeu, chorégraphier des scènes et éclairer les environnements pour un impact visuel maximal;
    • Utiliser Sequencer pour diriger les coupes de caméra, les performances des personnages et le rythme visuel;
    • Collaborer avec les équipes son, animation et narration pour renforcer la narration par la cohésion audiovisuelle;
    • Gérer les builds de jeu et préparer les assets pour une capture de haute qualité et un rendu en temps réel;
    • Organiser et diriger des sessions de capture, en assurant efficacité et excellence créative;
    • Appliquer des effets de post-traitement, exporter les séquences pour le montage et superviser la présélection des clips vidéo;
    • Encadrer les membres juniors de l’équipe, contribuer à l’amélioration des pipelines et favoriser l’innovation dans les outils et techniques cinématiques en temps réel.

Ce que nous recherchons :

    • 5 à 7+ années d’expérience en production cinématique, capture de gameplay ou création vidéo en temps réel en studio de jeux ou en agence créative;
    • Maîtrise avérée d’Unreal Engine (UE5), incluant Sequencer, l’éclairage, les systèmes de caméra et les workflows de rendu en temps réel;
    • Solide compréhension des principes de la cinématographie, de la narration, de la composition des plans et du rythme;
    • Maîtrise d’Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, et familiarité avec des outils 3D tels que Maya ou Blender;
    • Excellente connaissance technique des outils de capture vidéo, des formats de fichiers, de la compression et des workflows d’exportation;
    • Esprit hautement collaboratif, avec une forte capacité à travailler en interdisciplinarité et à communiquer une intention visuelle;
    • Expérience avec la capture de mouvement, l’intégration VFX et le scripting de gameplay est un atout important;
    • Bilinguisme français/anglais fortement souhaité;
    • La soumission d’un portfolio est obligatoire pour tous les candidats.
En tant qu’Artiste Cinématique Senior·e, tu seras un·e membre essentiel de notre équipe des Services Créatifs, où tu feras le lien entre la narration cinématographique et la capture de gameplay de haute qualité. Grâce à ton expertise approfondie d’Unreal Engine, du travail de caméra et de la narration visuelle, tu créeras des bandes annonces émotionnellement percutantes et des cinématiques en jeu visuellement impressionnantes qui soutiendront nos campagnes marketing et valoriseront notre portfolio de jeux. Tu collaboreras avec les réalisateurs·rices vidéo, les monteurs·ses et les artistes marketing pour transformer le gameplay en expériences visuelles inoubliables. Ton rôle sera déterminant pour établir des standards de qualité et gérer des projets complexes en temps réel dans Unreal Engine 5 ainsi qu’en jeu.
