The Senior Coordinator, eCommerce will be responsible for managing digital content and products like travel packages, tickets, and hospitality events. This involves updating prices, webpage changes, inventory, and ticket-related items, particularly for the Combat Sports division. Key responsibilities include product management (designing packages, managing inventory, and optimizing product offerings) and content management (curating content, ensuring accurate information, and editing digital assets). The role also involves reporting on inventory and collaborating with various teams to meet business objectives and customer experience standards. This position requires attention to detail, creative writing skills, and the ability to work extended hours as needed.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, or equivalent marketing experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years in the sports, travel, and/or hospitality industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of eCommerce experience
  • Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with Photoshop

The Role and What You’ll Do:

 The Senior Coordinator, eCommerce will be responsible for overseeing and managing the digital creation and maintenance of products, specifically relating to travel packages, tickets, and hospitality events. This includes managing price updates, webpage changes, inventory, and other ticket-related items across multiple On Location properties, with a particular focus on our Combat Sports division, to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer experience standards.As a member of the marketing team, the Senior Coordinator, eCommerce will focus on the development and overall management of the digital display and promotion of product offerings.

Additional responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, managing inventory, fundamental financial reporting, and content sourcing.  

This position will collaborate with multiple teams across the company including Ticketing, Product, Fulfillment, Business Development, Event Production, Sales, and Finance to ensure product display expectations are met.

An eye for detail and creative writing abilities are crucial to the daily tasks of this position.

The Senior eCommerce Coordinator will also collaborate with team members to advance departmental initiatives and contribute to the achievement of broader organizational goals, exercising independent judgment and proactively supporting cross-functional efforts.

This position will require extended hours on evenings and weekends as needed, especially during peak periods.

Product Management

  • Design and configure ticket and hospitality packages, ensuring accurate and timely publication to appropriate websites in alignment with client and business goals.
  • Develop deep expertise in backend systems to independently create, manage, and optimize product offerings, while driving efficiency and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of event-related products, proactively managing updates, performance, and availability throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide high-level support and insights to internal teams, contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvements.

Content Management

  • Curate and source content for websites that aligns with brand strategy and style guidelines, exercising judgment to ensure consistency, quality, and engagement across digital platforms.
  • Ensure web pages are populated with correct information and content.
  • Edit and resize digital assets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to support campaigns and meet stakeholder expectations.

Reporting

  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to inform product strategy and support decision-making for the Product and Sales teams.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, or equivalent marketing experience 
  • Minimum of 3+ years in the sports, travel and/or hospitality industry 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce with the knowledge of sports, music, live entertainment, and/or hospitality industries is highly preferred.
  • Excellent technical skills as it relates to Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn multiple software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to move projects along and meet deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of entrepreneurial and business tactics that results in taking initiative to present new ideas, improve processes and identify gaps in the business.
  • Success curating and editing imagery for websites (Experience with Photoshop is a plus).
