Responsibilities include receiving, picking, shipping, and transacting inventory; accurately recording parts transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS); conducting customer transactions and providing order summaries; escalating issues related to inbound packaging; maintaining records of time, expenses, and materials; communicating estimated shipping times and providing regular updates to customers; following up to ensure customer satisfaction; and maintaining a clean service center. The ideal candidate will possess automotive knowledge, experience with DMS systems (SAP), and exceptional communication skills.
