Loyalty Juggernaut Inc. (LJI) is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role involves engaging with customers to analyze technical requirements, leading client meetings, and collaborating on solutions using LJI's GRAVTY® platform. The ideal candidate will architect, design, and implement high-quality loyalty product features, develop integration solutions, and provide best practice recommendations. The position requires around 3 years of experience in API development, client integrations, and proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, with a focus on object-oriented principles and agile methodologies.

Must Have:
  • Engage with customers to analyze technical requirements and solutions based on LJI’s GRAVTY® platform.
  • Lead client meetings and facilitate solution and integration workshops.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop solutions for requirements not met by out-of-the-box product features.
  • Architect, design, and implement high-quality Loyalty product features when gaps are found.
  • Design integration solutions for the backend and identify creative solutions for system/business requirements.
  • Develop data conversion strategies and integration architecture, providing best practice recommendations.
  • Develop high-level project work plans, estimates, and scope of work.
  • Develop robust architecture design, sequence diagrams, and solutions.

What you WILL DO

  • Engage with customers to analyze technical requirements and solutions needed to create the solutions based on LJI’s GRAVTY® platform
  • Lead client meetings and facilitate solution and integration workshops
  • Collaborate with our clients and develop solutions to meet client’s requirements that cannot be met out of the box product features.
  • Architect, design, and implement high-quality Loyalty product features in the out of the box product when GAPS are found
  • Design integration solutions for the backend. Identify creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom modules
  • Develop data conversion strategies and integration architecture and provide best practice recommendations for defining the right solution
  • Develop high-level project work plans, estimates and scope of work
  • Develop robust architecture design, sequence diagrams and solutions

You will make a GREAT FIT if you have

  • Around 3 years of experience in developing and consuming Rest APIs or SOAP APIs and managing an end-to-end client integrations/implementation
  • Ability to build a quick understanding of integration interfaces provided by any systems, understand the logical data flow between two RESTful applications and come up with a solution
  • Understanding of XML and JSON structures, HTTP protocol (method/response codes), REST API Authentication methods, and dealing with large CSV/flat files, etc. on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience and expertise in using API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia
  • Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming with complete knowledge of Object-Oriented principles, data structures & algorithms, design patterns, distributed queues, and availability of Rest APIs
  • Proficiency in Java8 (or above) programming languages and using Spring Boot frameworks for building large-scale and highly scalable Microservices
  • Expertise in using development methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to effectively manage software projects, foster collaboration, and ensure product quality
  • Experience with software engineering, customer experience, and design architecture
  • Ability to understand CI/CD, Docker, and AWS Cloud deployment will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of databases and AWS services like Redis, AWS DynamoDb, Postgres, AWS Lambda/Serverless, Kinesis Streams, API Gateway, etc. will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in independently managing client meetings and taking charge of end-to-end requirements and solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
