Job Description
The UAT/SRE role focuses on ensuring the quality and functionality of software products before release. The candidate will execute test cases, identify bugs, validate fixes, and ensure the final product meets user requirements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Key responsibilities include designing and executing UAT/QA test plans, identifying and tracking bugs using Jira or similar tools, collaborating with developers to resolve issues, validating new features, supporting go-live readiness, and documenting test results. The candidate will use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to communicate findings. Requirements include experience in UAT and/or QA testing, familiarity with Jira and TestRail, proficiency in Google Suite, understanding of the software development lifecycle, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with Slack.
Must have:
- Experience in UAT and/or QA testing.
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Slack.

Key Responsibilities
