Summary

The Senior Creative Director will partner with the account lead to define creative scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include developing and executing account growth strategies, facilitating client communication, and leading the creative team in developing and executing short-term and long-term creative strategies. This role requires strong leadership, time management, and creative resource management skills. The successful candidate will have experience leading communication campaigns for both existing and potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and executing high-quality integrated interactive communications aligned with strategic business objectives. They will also be responsible for identifying team structure and manpower needs based on revenue scale.

Job Description


• Partnership with the account lead, to determine creative scope, schedule and budget
• Develop and execute account growth strategies with account core team members to meet account goals
• Facilitate and orchestrate contacts with senior clients
• Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications
• Fulfill leadership tasks. Specifically, lead and direct the development and execution of short term (project specific) and long term (account specific) creative strategies
• Maintain an awareness of status and project deliverables of all discipline team members’ execution
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of each creative discipline workflow
• Lead and manage the creative team

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop communication campaigns for existing clients and new business pitches based on business / brand goals and deliver at a best creative practice
• Ability to maintain good relationship with senior clients
• Ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives
• Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities
• Identify team structure and manpower resources required against meaningful scale of revenue
• Ability to retain and manage the team
