Under the supervision of the Finance Director, you will play a key role in analyzing and managing complex financial data to provide relevant insights for the company’s strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams to design and enhance data analysis processes using large databases and advanced visualization tools. 

In this role you will :

    • Financial Data Analysis: Analyze large volumes of financial data to produce reports and dashboards aimed at facilitating business decisions; 
    • Database Management: Handle, clean, and maintain large databases to ensure the accuracy of financial and operational data; 
    • Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Contribute to creating robust financial models to forecast company performance, assess risks, and identify market trends; 
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to optimize data collection and analysis, including process automation; 
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as accounting and other functions to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights; 
    • Participation in Special Projects: Involvement in various special projects as needed. 

What we're looking for :

    • Education: University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification would be an asset; 
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with demonstratedexpertise in handling large database;. 
    • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and VBA; 
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret large volumes of data and identify key performance indicators and trends; 
    • Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a methodical approach. 
    • Database Management Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of database management software (SQL, Access, etc.); 
    • ERP Experience: Experience with ERP tools (ideally Dynamics 365 F&O) is a plus.
