Team

You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Paper.io 2.

Role

Define a clear, cohesive long-term Product Roadmap with the Studio Director
Pitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller components
Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile game mechanics
Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, game design, logic, performance, etc.
Help fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feel
Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends
Understanding of models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behaviour
Proficiency in Unity is a huge plus
Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software

Profile

At least 5 years of professional experience as a game designer
Experience working on mobile games and free-to-play (F2P) models
Possess a creative, hacker, and analytical mindset
Proficient in A/B testing
Capable of carrying features from theory to production, including analyzing results
Strong project management skills to push features forward
Excellent sense of gameplay experience with special attention to detail
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Knowledgeable about casual games
