Job Description
Tesla seeks a Senior Interior Designer with 8+ years' experience to design Experience Centers in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include architectural interior design and detailing, space planning, material specification, working with procurement teams, discipline coordination, construction documents, and client presentations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects from concept to completion, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. The role involves collaborating with the Tesla architectural and design team to shape the future of human-centric design.
Must have:
- 8+ years experience in commercial interior design
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
- Experience in project management from concept to completion
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills

What to ExpectWhat You’ll Do
Responsibilities
What You’ll Bring- Architectural interior design and detailing to take projects from concept through completion
- Space planning and broad spatial organizational concepts
- Specifying and detailing materials, systems, furniture and equipment
- Working with procurement and sourcing teams
- Organizing mock ups
- Discipline coordination, Construction documents, Construction Administration including RFI and submittal review
- Standards development and roll out
- Organizing mock ups, Concept development, and Client presentations
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in commercial interior design
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Designer, or equivalent
- Proficient in using design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency detailing and documentation of commercial interiors with extensive experience in spatial planning and programming
- Furniture and material selection and specification; millwork detail design
- Experience coordinating disciplines and involvement in construction administration
