The International Tax Senior Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of US international tax compliance, foreign tax reporting, tax planning, and transfer pricing calculation. This includes managing quarterly and annual foreign entities tax provisions, overseeing US international tax calculations, reviewing compliance forms, and reviewing tax forecasts. The role involves monitoring international tax updates, developing tax models, and managing internal and external resources to ensure high-quality deliverables. The Senior Manager will also collaborate with various departments and assist with special projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in international tax and be able to communicate effectively.
Must have:
- 10+ years of relevant international tax experience

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively

About the role
We are seeking an International Tax Senior Manager. This role will report to the Enphase Head of Tax and will manage all aspects of the US international tax compliance, foreign tax reporting, tax planning, and transfer pricing calculation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and great attention to detail.
What you will do
- Manage the quarterly and annual foreign entities tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including current and deferred provision calculations, return-to-provision true up, reconciliation of tax accounts, FIN 48 analysis, etc.
- Oversee US international tax, including the calculation of GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, 163(j) and foreign tax credits
- Review U.S. international tax compliance forms, including Forms 1118, 5471, 8858 and various other U.S. international tax forms and U.S. income tax disclosures
- Review quarterly and annual tax forecasts for GAAP and Non-GAAP, including Transfer Pricing calculations for Intercompany transactions
- Monitor international tax updates and developments and assess potential impacts to the company; develop models to evaluate tax consequences of proposed changes
- Manage internal and external resources and provide guidance and technical feedback, to deliver high-quality deliverables and execution of international tax projects
- Coordinate and collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal and Operations and execute the Company’s priorities
- Maintain SOX documentation related to international tax workstream and cooperate with SOX control testing
- Assist with special projects as necessary, such as tax research, acquisitions, and cash optimization
Who you are and What you bring
- 10+ years of relevant international tax experience in Big 4 public accounting firms and multinational corporations in the high-tech industry
- Hands-on experience in the calculation of quarterly and annual foreign tax provisions with a working knowledge of international tax matters
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (MST or CPA preferred)
- Advanced Excel required, with experience in Oracle a plus
- Strong project management and organization skills and must be able to multi-task
- Team oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of projects
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of personnel, across functions, organizations, and with external contacts
The base pay range for this position is $145,000 to $199,800 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
