Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Product (CX) at Dream11, you'll be pivotal in shaping the user experience of the world's largest fantasy sports platform. Responsibilities include prioritizing a balanced product roadmap, owning the end-to-end customer experience charter, continuously evolving the product based on feedback and market trends, designing and executing experiments, identifying product gaps, and effectively communicating product rationale to stakeholders. You will analyze consumer and industry trends to conceptualize features and strategies, fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive retention and growth. The role demands a deep understanding of customer experience and a proven track record in product management within a B2C environment, preferably with experience in GenAI.

Must have:

3+ years Product Management (B2C)
1+ year experience building CX products or with GenAI
Prioritization & Roadmap Ownership
Excellent communication & data skills
Customer feedback analysis & action

Your Role:

Evaluate trade offs & constraints to prioritise a balanced and feasible roadmap
Own the customer experience charter from end to end
Continuously evolve the product based on customer feedback and market trends
Design experiments to guide decision-making and execute them
Understand product gaps & opportunities based on market benchmarking
Effectively communicate product rationale to stakeholders

Qualifiers:

3+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2C company
1+ year of experience in building products for customer experience or with GenAI
Excellent communication and data skills
