Job Description

DreamX seeks a Director/AVP - Head of Design to contribute to its product roadmap design strategy. Responsibilities include scaling and mentoring a multidisciplinary design team, establishing a design-led culture, collaborating with stakeholders to solve user and business problems using data and research, and ensuring design strategy implementation for exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design, and proven ability to scale and structure design teams and processes. The role is based in Mumbai and is a full-time, on-site position.

8+ years design experience

Your Role

Contributing to the formulation of the design strategy for the product roadmap of DreamX
Scaling and mentoring a team of multidisciplinary designers
Establishing and promoting a design-led culture within the organization
Collaborating with stakeholders to lead the resolution of complex user and business problems through data and research-driven problem-solving
Ensuring implementation of design strategy to deliver an exceptional user experience and best-in-class product

Qualifiers

8+ years of relevant design experience with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Demonstrated ability to scale and structure design teams and define processes
An impressive portfolio showcasing your design work, with a focus on mobile and web applications
