Job Description

Dream11 seeks a Senior Security Engineer to lead tech compliance (PCIDSS, RBI audits, ITGC, ISO 27001, data privacy). Responsibilities include security risk assessments, ISMS and privacy audits (on-prem and cloud), developing/reviewing security policies and processes, and conducting security configuration audits and access reviews. The role involves managing a complex tech stack (Java microservices, Kafka, AWS, etc.) supporting 450 million+ RPM and 15 million+ concurrent users.

Must have:

Lead tech compliance (PCIDSS, RBI, ITGC, ISO 27001)
Perform security risk assessments and audits
Develop and review security policies and processes
Conduct security configuration and access reviews

Good to have:

CISA, ISO 27001, CIPM, CIPT, CPISI certifications

Technology @Dream11:

We have over 190+ micro-services written in Java and backed by a Vert.x framework. These work with isolated product features with discrete architectures to cater to the respective use cases.

We work with terabytes of data, the infrastructure for which is built on top of Kafka, Redshift, Spark, Druid, etc. and it powers a number of use cases like Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics. Our tech stack is hosted on AWS, with distributed systems like Cassandra, Aerospike, Akka, Voltdb, Ignite, etc.

Your Role:

Leading the organisation's tech compliance requirements such as but not limited to PCIDSS, RBI (System Audit reports), ITGC, ISO 27001 and Data privacy
Performing security risk assessments, ISMS audits and privacy risk evaluations for on prem and cloud environments
Developing, implementing & reviewing security policies, frameworks and processes
Performing security configuration audits, user access and entitlement reviews, gap assessments

Qualifiers:

4+ years in risk assessment, enterprise security assessment, Statutory Audit (ITGC) and ISMS audits
Certifications like CISA, ISO 27001, CIPM, CIPT, CPISI or related are preferred
