· Set Brand Management and GTM campaign framework across our portfolio
. Be accountable for our central marketing, coms and agencies management setting SLA’s and managing pipeline and execution.
. Work closely with our Central team to help establish the right rhythm for the business and the right frameworks.
· Set and maintain our brand tracking tools and metrics.
. As Center of excellence provide comprehensive feedback on our Games GTM strategies
· Produce Competition GTM analysis and market trends/In market performance to inform our top management
· Partner with our central data and analytics team to help them build breakthrough capabilities in service of our PC and Console business.
. Orchestrate marketing workstreams to support Level Infinite Branding initiatives in close partnership with Level Infinite Branding teams and other key stakeholders
. Work with Publishing leads to help build Marketing Strategies and orchestrate Campaign execution for given titles.
· 10+ years’ Global Brand Marketing, International Campaign management, Marketing Strategy or equivalent experience, supporting multiple titles across several platforms and business models.
· An excellent understanding of Gaming industry marketing strategies and dynamics especially in the European and American markets.
· Previous experience managing channel strategies in an international context
· A passion for games and a keen eye for market trends and data.
. Demonstrate strong ability to collaborate with people from different background and levels both internally and externally
· An open and flexible mindset, with strong collaboration and communication skills
· Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken, to serve as a working language.
· Possess cultural awareness for both Chinese and Western cultures.
· Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, self-drive, and exceptional communication abilities. Be resilient to pressure and capable of managing work across different time zones.
. Prior experience in large-scale multinational projects is preferred.
