As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Behaviour Interactive, you will build strong strategic partnerships with managers to achieve company objectives. You'll analyze data, propose solutions, and act as a change agent within your business unit. You'll foster a positive work environment and ensure best practices across various HR functions. This role requires 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.

Reporting to our Talent & Culture Business Partnership Manager, the Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for developing a close strategic partnership with the managers of their business unit to achieve corporate objectives.
The partner will bring their expertise to managers to build motivated and high-performing teams. This person will ensure that best practices are in place in terms of performance management, talent development, and workplace well-being. The partner positions themselves as a true change agent within their business unit.

In this role you will :
- Develop a trusting relationship and a real strategic partnership with managers.
- Provide advisory support to internal managers on all HR needs: performance management, skills and talent development, change management, labor relations, total compensation, succession planning, etc.
- Examine and analyze organizational parameters, including employee experience data, to propose tailored solutions.
- Bring your expertise and leadership in organizational transformation contexts by contributing to various projects with strategic impact for the company.
- Ensure a thoughtful and systematic approach, clear documentation, and adequate follow-up.
What we're looking for :
- 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organizational context.
- Ability to make connections, have an overall view and a clear understanding of the situation, open-mindedness, ability to navigate gray areas, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
- Language skills Bilingual (French, English) both spoken and written.
