Professional Services and IT are core to what we do in for SimCorp – whether for internal activities or to support our complex service offerings to our clients. SimCorp, a global FinTech company, is offering key positions in our Group Procurement function.
You will come close to complex technology platforms, work with skilled people and become part of an innovative and changing environment. The team
The positions are located in Manila, Philippines where we are expanding our Procurement and Vendor Management teams. You will be part of Group Advisory and Support, where Group Procurement is organized. You will share our passion and dynamics. We are acknowledged throughout the organization for our skills, service mindedness and results.
You will collaborate as a trusted business partner with multiple functions. Help us ensure commercial excellence through professional and systematic engagement with our partners.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Establish close relations and collaborate with the business and our external vendors to run systematic market engagement for search and selection of contingent workforce
Support ongoing activities to mature the procurement function.
Deliver and monitor savings benefits of the process
Deliver relevant advice and provide service to stakeholders
Keep up to date knowledge of the supply market in the professional services and contingent workforce space, hereunder cost drivers, variables and business models
Contribute to team collaboration and overall customer satisfaction
Draft, review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring that they are appropriately configured in our Contract Lifecycle Management system.
WHAT WE VALUE

A relevant degree is beneficial
Minimum 3 years' procurement and experience with experience in Professional Services and contingent workforce. Experience of procurement in different areas is beneficial.
Experience with legal and compliance topics related to procurement
Demonstrated success in completing procurement projects
Ability to represent SimCorp as an attractive partner to externals
Strategic and tactical toolbox to manage both competitive and monopolistic situations
Personal characteristics:
Structured, self-starting and with drive
Solid analytical capabilities combined with English language skills
Adept attention to detail and time management
Facilitate initiatives with a focused approach
Ability to summarize and communicate complex and detailed matters
Adept at execution and service delivery
